Moodle

Moodle is a content management system (CMS) specifically designed for creating on-line pedagogical content. The entire program is designed as a series of lessons, with a defined format for each of the content items and the possibility of adding assessment questionnaires, forums for e-mail exchanges or discussion groups to various sessions of the lessons. It is also possible to password-protect access to certain parts of the site, to make sure that you are dealing with an audience that is well motivated and ready to learn.
